  3. Dr. Singh earned his medical degree (MBBS) from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, and went on to complete his master’s degree in General Surgery from Armed Forces Medical College, Pune.
  4.  He later specialized in Urology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
